Access your financial assistance information anytime through BannerWeb. You can view requirements to complete your file, what you have been awarded, and when your aid will be disbursed.
Click the button above to access BannerWeb and find the "Login to Secure Area" at the bottom of the page.
- Enter your student ID (PIDM) as your User ID. Your student ID is listed on your award letter (e.g. if your PIDM is W01234567, enter 1234567).
- Use your date of birth (MMDDYY) as your PIN.
You will be prompted to create a new PIN. If you enter your information incorrectly three times, your PIN will be disabled. To reset your PIN, contact the Office of 金融援助 at finaid@uiwtx.edu or (210) 829-6008. Returning UIW students can also access BannerWeb via 基本的应用.
电子同意: In order to utilize BannerWeb for financial aid purposes, and receive electronic communications from the Office of 金融援助, you will need to provide consent.
State Aid Eligibility: We are required to ask whether you (the student) are required to pay child support, and if required to pay, whether you are more than 30 days behind on payments.
To answer these questions:

- 选择 View Your Award by Aid Year
- 选择 aid year you are updating (e.g. Sum 2023/Fall 2023/Spring 2024)
- 点击 Resources/Additional Information tab to Accept/Decline consent for electronic communications (required for electronic award letters) and respond to state aid eligibility question.
In order to utilize financial aid, you will need to accept the 条款与条件:

- 选择 View Award by Aid Year
- 选择 aid year you are updating (e.g. Sum 2023/Fall 2023/Spring 2024)

NOTE: Electronic consent must be provided in the Resources/Additional Information tab to access 条款与条件
To view your awards online:

- Select View Your Award by Aid Year and select the aid year (e.g. Sum 2023/Fall 2023/Spring 2024)

To accept/decline your loans online:
- 选择 金融援助 选项卡 BannerWeb
- Select View Your Award by Aid Year and select the aid year (e.g. Sum 2023/Fall 2023/Spring 2024)
- Select 接受奖励通知书
- Indicate if you plan to accept or decline your loan offer(s) and submit your decision

If you decide to accept your Federal Direct Loans (Subsidized and/or Unsubsidized), you will also need to complete the following requirements online at studentaid.政府:
- Complete Loan Entrance 咨询
- Complete Master Promissory Note
- Guide to Completing Student Loan Requirements (Undergraduate Students (pdf)) (研究生 (pdf))
To find out what you have left to complete for your financial aid application:

- Select View Your Missing Documents and select the aid year (e.g. Sum 2023/Fall 2023/Spring 2024)

BannerWeb also allows you to access your personal information, such as telephone number and address.
